September 1969
Ishikawajima-Harima Heavy Industries, Co., Ltd. (currently IHI Corporation) established wholly owned Daini Seican Koji Co., Ltd with 20 million yen capital.
April 1971
Capital increased to 60 million yen.
April 1974
Daigo Koji Co., Ltd and Dairoku Koji Co., Ltd merged and renamed Ishikawajima Plant Construction Co., Ltd.
Capital increased to 80 million yen.
April 1975
Opened Sunamachi Works in Koto Ward, Tokyo.
June 1976
Capital increased to 170 million yen.
May 1977
Opened Aioi Branch Office in Aioi City, Hyogo Prefecture (currently Aioi Works).
July 1977
Capital increased to 250 million yen.
April 1995
Opened Fukushima Works in Futaba-gun, Fukushima Prefecture.
February 1996
Opened Aichi Works in Chita City, Aichi Prefecture.
April 2000
Three companies merged: Ishikawajima Plant Construction Co., Ltd. (IPC)
Ishikawajima Machine Steel Engineering Co., Ltd. (IIK)
and IHI Plantec Co., Ltd. (ITC).
Capital increased to 500 million yen.
November 2003
Registered as first-class architect office.
March 2006
Head office relocated to Toyosu, Koto Ward.
July 2008
Company name changed from Ishikawajima Plant Construction Co., Ltd. to IHI Plant Construction Co., Ltd.(IPC)
April 2012
Newly established Renewable Energy Department as a new business.
April 2013
Established Tatsuno Solar Power Plant in Tatsuno City, Hyogo Prefecture.
March 2015
Established Aioi Sakata Solar Power Plant in Aioi City, Hyogo Prefecture.

Established Tatsuno Ikariiwa Solar Power Plant in Tatsuno City, Hyogo Prefecture.
August 2016
Established Nagano Asahi Mura Solar Power Plant in Higashichikuma-gun, Nagano Prefecture.
May 2017
Established Tatsuno Ikariiwa No.2 Solar Power Plant in Tatsuno City, Hyogo Prefecture.
April 2019

IHI Plant Construction Co.,Ltd.(IPC)
IHI Plant Engineering Corporation(IPEC)
and IHI Corporation Process Plants Business Unit.
Company name changed to IHI Plant Services Corporation(IPC)
